This is highly speculation and in no way lore, however, I believe this Scion was to be represented by Unukalhai - whom gives us our quests for the Warring Triad as well as Bismarck and Ravana EX in Heavensward. Ophiuchus is the zodiac sign between Scorpio and Sagittarius, and is regarded as “The Serpent Bearer”. this Scion was representing the 13th zodiac sign of Ophiuchus.
